Selection Process

January 27 – February 22

Application submission. Participants independently complete the form on the website and attach supporting materials.

February 22 – March 6

Internal selection. The expert committee forms a shortlist of nominees.

March 7 – March 31

Open voting. Anyone can vote for the nominees on the website.
